Read how information submitted through the enquiry form is intended to be handled.
What we collect
If you submit an enquiry, the form requests your company name, contact name, business email, optional phone number, revenue band, ERP information, service request and any message you provide. It separately records your consent to receive a reply and any optional marketing opt-in.
Why we process it
To respond to a requested enquiry, understand your implementation question and manage follow-up. We will not treat optional marketing consent as granted unless you expressly select it.
Readiness tool
The free readiness questionnaire processes selections locally in your browser. Those selections are not sent to the enquiry endpoint unless you independently submit the contact form and provide relevant information.
Hosting and providers
Planned infrastructure uses Cloudflare for delivery, security verification and lead storage (if configured). Site administrators must verify data location, access controls, vendor processing terms and retention settings before enabling collection.
Your requests
Before launch, the operator must add a verified contact for privacy requests and provide a procedure for lawful access, correction and deletion requests.
Third-party links
The provider directory links to external organisations and the Ministry of Finance. Their respective privacy practices apply once you leave this site.
